The farmer's Markets in Wales project started as an idea from the manager of the Usk market, who saw an opportunity to promote local producers and markets for people in Wales. The site is built on a large database listing over 300 producers and over 50 regular markets. Producers may list their products which allows consumers to search for particular foods to find out when those items might be available in their nearest market. The project was a co-operative effort between ourselves, graphic designers and the market manager. It also integrates with email, so producers can have an 'fmiw.co.uk' email address

Creative Food is a specialist producer of cakes, chocolates, as well as offering food consultancy, demonstrations and recipe development. We were contacted because their existing host was very unreliable, leading to the website being unavailable, sometimes for days at a time. Because the original source was unavailable, we re-implemented the site in PHP but keeping the same look and feel. This site is database driven, and Creative Food are able to update it and add products or pages whenever they wish without having to go through us.

Dore Valley Chocolates make hand made chocolates without any compromise. They had lost one website and were having huge problems maintaining their current site with their new provider, as well as being unable to use an appropriate template. We recovered their old site and rebuilt it with our CMS technology so Dore Valley could present the image they wanted to their customers. We also implimented an online shop with basic stock control, so people can now place orders through the website.

DL are a specialist retailer of luxury cars. They have several dealerships across the south-west and needed to link them together to allow files and phonecalls to be sent between the sites. Replacing expensive leased lines with a much more flexible and economical system of virtual private networks saved the customer in the region of £10,000 per annum in line costs alone. For security, we implemented a sophisticated firewall, virus checking and logging system. We also set up hosting for several windows servers using terminal services so that staff in any of the offices could access business critical services without needing a dedicated server in each showroom.
